Hi All,
We are running with CUCM 9.1.2 & LDAP integration is enabled.
When we tried to do the Manual sync for one of the LDAP directory & it immediately disappear from the Directory list in CUCM GUI & all the user went to Inactive state.
While we verified the CUCM Database using the Sql query found that Directory was available in the DB but not listed in the CUCM GUI.
Has any one came across this issue.
