CUCM 9/SIP incoming calls failing

Just recently incoming calls started to fail and I see this in the logs:

10.129.11.2 is the 2911 where the SIP trunk terminates and these logs are coming from. Nothing has changed and not sure what the issue is. 

Can someone help me out?

I was able to resolve this by updating the SIP trunk in CUCM to use 10.129.11.2  as the destination instead of the public IP of the SIP trun.  Although I am not sure what changed?  I have two CUCM servers and not sure if they were out of sync?  After I changed the IP on one of them I checked the other and it had the same IP.  Unsure whether or not it always did or it synced.

Hopefully this helps someone in the future.
