Hello,
Have a customer that wants to understand the alerting name behavior for two phone models. The call-flow is below.
Call --> Hunt Pilot (alerting name XXX) --> If no one from the hunt list answers call is forwarded to --> Hunt Pilot (Alerting name YYY)
If call is recieved by;
7941 phones, they see the alerting name as YYY
8841 phones, they see the alerting name is XXX
Both phone models are running current firmware. If anyone can explain this behavior or can point me to some documentation.
