CUCM 9.X - SIP phones unregistering every 1 hour

Hello,

We have a remote locaiton that has Cisco SIP phones that communicate with CUCM over the WAN.  We are noticing that every hour the phones unregister.

 

I have been looking into the following timers ;

From SIP profile:

Timer Register Delta (seconds)

Timer Register Expires (seconds)

 

from CUCM service parameters:

SIP Station KeepAlive Interval

 

Can anyone provide defintions for the timer and how they relate to each other.  If anyone has encountered a similar issue and has any troubleshooting steps, please share.

If you click on the Help ->

If you click on the Help -> This page from the relevant CUCM pages, you should be able to see what each timer represents. Does it reset every hour, do you have a firewall with SIP inspection turned on that might be doing this?
