We have a remote locaiton that has Cisco SIP phones that communicate with CUCM over the WAN. We are noticing that every hour the phones unregister.
I have been looking into the following timers ;
From SIP profile:
Timer Register Delta (seconds)
Timer Register Expires (seconds)
from CUCM service parameters:
SIP Station KeepAlive Interval
Can anyone provide defintions for the timer and how they relate to each other. If anyone has encountered a similar issue and has any troubleshooting steps, please share.
