CUCM and H323 gateway-Cause i = 0x80A6 - Network out of order

Hi,

I cant get calls into the CUCM from a H323 gateway. Incoming external calls here out of service message or Number Unobtainable. I've attched logs if anyone can help?

Hi Rizwan.

You are sending a numbering plan "unknown" to your TSP for international calls and this could be the reason.

Try to apply a numbering plan "international" to the Route Pattern on CUCM matching international calls, or you can do it on VG by configuring a translation rule than a translation profile and applying it to your dial-peer matching international calls:

voice translation-rule 10

rule 1 /^00/ /\0/ type any international

voice translation-profile OutInternational

translate called 10

dial-peer voice 10 pots

destination-pattern 00T

translation-profile outgoing OutInternational

port X/X/X:15

forward-digits all

Are there any services on CUCM that may need to be enabled causing this issue?

Rich,

I think that if Call manager service is running then it should be able to process H323.

You reckon that the 3rd server was Ok, is that in the same cluster as the failing pair.
