CUCM Attendant Console

Hi All,

I am using CUCM 6.1. I am trying to use attendant console and I have followed up all steps. But in Pilot Point configuration page it shows "registration unknow" . Also when I login to attendant console application, it is not showing line available to receive and make a call.

any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Which exact version of AC?

How many servers?

If you change the Device Pool?

Make sure doc guide has been followed

Restarting AC service helps?

All PilotPoints?

If needed open tac case for investigation

AC version is 6.1(0_c)

only there is one server

only one device pool

I followed the same doc

I restarted AC service as well as pilotpoint

Still it is not working

u sure the pilot point and the devices are associated to the user??

we have three users:

1- In the AC menu there is "attendant console" user, which only has username and password

2- application user: which I created "ac" user

3- end user

which user should I add pilot point and device to it?
