CUCM call auto disconnect

Hi,

We are using CUCM 8.5 BE. Sometimes it is reported that the call automatically disconnects after random period of time. Before the call disconnects, an announcement is played "Your call your call will be disconnected after 60 sec". This announcement is repeated after every 15 seconds and the call finally disconnects after 60 sec. The problem mainly occurs on calls made to UAE.

For one call, CDR CMR dump shows origCause_value = 16, destCause_value = 0 while for other origCause_value = 0, destCause_value = 16

Note: CDR Cause Codes say:

0 = No error

16 = Normal call clearing

No, MLPP is not configured.

We asked our PSTN provider to check this at their end. They had placed monitoring on daily usage limit. After they have made some change at their end, we have not faced the problem as yet.
