Im using CUCM 6.1(2) and need to export CDR data for specific phone number. I can search for the CDR data easily enough in the Reporting GUI, but the only way i can seem to export that data to a file is via the "Export CDR/CMR" menu.
I have used this and this exports *all* phone extension data for *every* extension to a .txt file. Is it possible to alter the file format, or at least reduce the export to just the extension i want to query...? Just one day of data = 4MB .txt file :o(
Thanks. I ended up pulling the report in two pieces across 10 days per report. I then hacked out the unwanted numbers in Excel. A bit manual, but it got what i needed. I will try the send report option next time.
