CUCM Cluster restarting Precautions

Hi Shalu,

I'm going with my friend Gordon here (+5 G-Man!)

I believe the "best practice' would be to restart in this order;

1. Publisher (wait for all services to come back up)

2. Subscriber(s)  (wait for all services to come back up)

3.TFTP Servers

from cli;

utils system restart

We've done this many,many times without any issues with our PRI's coming back up, but if

you ever have a problem with them issue these two global commands in sequence on the MGCP gateway

    no mgcp

    mgcp

Cheers!

It should "just work". Just make sure you reboot the pub first.
