Cucm Cluster

We have a cluster which holds

Cucm Pub , sub 9.x

Unity Connection 9.x pub and sub

Presence sub and pub

Ipcc sub and Pub

and am planning to make a DR  which includes cucm ipcc unity connection and Presence

But am not able to add new unity connection and IPCC

By DR do you mean add another data center?

If so, UCCX and Unity connection can only have two nodes in their cluster so your option would be to mode one of the servers to the DR center.
