In recent versions of UCM there is an Import/Export option in BAT that allows you to bulk-export most dial plan related items to a CSV. This is not a valid backup and is typically only used to move specific data from one cluster to another.

Thanks a lot for that great information, but if i want to import devices such as phones and its directory numbers, gateways...etc. and if i want to import the users.
Is Export/Import option in BAT will fulfill my requirements?
again, thanks a lot

The easiest way to answer your question is for you to do a test BAT export and then review the data you get to make sure that's what you need/want.
We don't even know the CUCM version you're running to confirm you'll have the options. As previously mentioned that's for the most recent versions.
You should ALWAYS mention the versions you're asking/working with as things can change from one version to the other.
