In our company, the process of changing the PIN associated with extension mobility is something painful!

Is always required the current PIN, and most users do not remember, so try changing to a new PIN.

This forces a user call to helpdesk.

We think develope a web site that allow the user to enter a new PIN, without requiring a current and this process rewrite the PIN field in the database.

Any suggestions?
