CUCM drops incoming anonymous call

Hi All,

I am using CUCM 7.0, MGCP with PRI. when incoming call doesn't have caller ID or number as anonymous call, the call is failed. I've setup PRI as national numbering plan on both gateway serial interface and MGCP endpoint in CUCM.

Call with number goes through without any problem.

any idea would be very appreciated.
