Hi Guys,

To solve the problem about bug I am trying to do update of CUCM 8.6(2)SU2 to CUCM 8.6(2)SU3. This file is bigger, and when I try to do upload appear the error message. I check the MD5 and it is Ok. I suspect that problem is any firewall in the network Customer, but, the Customer told me that there is not firewall. Following the message error:

Simply copy the ISO to datastore on the server and then mount it as DVD in vSphere and ensure it is set to connected, then you can use the CLI to do the upgrade as local upgrade.

I'd set a SFTP in the same network as the server and try again if you suspect of connectivity problems.

Hi Javalenc,

The Customer don´t agree, but, I suspect that the any firewall are blocked, because, the file start and more or less 100Mb he stopped.

Thanks,

Wilson

If you are unable to try a different SFTP, then if this is an MCS server burn the ISO to DVD and try it that way, or if UCS/virtulized deployment copy the ISO to datastore on UCS and boot locally.

Chris
