CUCM EXPRESS - DELAY IN DIAL TONE

I've tried to install CUCM Express and everything seems to be ok, but IP Phones have a delay of some seconds between picking up the phone and hearing the dial tone. Is this normal? Is it configurable?

Hi friend, what CUCME version? IOS?, how many phones do you have? are data and voice traffic separated with vlans?
