CUCM file system goes READONLY Version 7.x

Hi Cisco Support Team

I have CUCM Publisher and Subscrbier running on MCS7816I3.

I am not able to access through  web into the server although it still respond to pings.

Below is the error message which i received through SSH on publisher.

I also issued utils create report hardware on both ther servers and below is the output

To retrieve the hardware report files, use CLI command:
   file get activelog platform/log/<filename>
where: <filename> is the name of the file as listed above.

How i can resolve this problem please need help on it.
