CUCM Forward All Problem

Hi guys,

I have a problem regarding forwarding calls on CUCM.

We have thwo phones and one of them (phoneA) has "Forward All" to the other one (phoneB).

The problem is that when a call comes for phone A, there is no message displayed on phone B that someone is calling phone A.

Both phones are in the same Partition and CSS.

The follonwing are checked on all phones:

Forwarded Call Information Display on Device...:

Caller Name

Redirected Number

Dialed Number

Any ideas?

CUCM Forward All Problem

Hey Cristian,

Can you make a test call and gather detailed ccm traces sdi and sdl from all nodes along with calling party called party information. Also let us know the cucm version..
