CUCM -> PRI - Vonage - Calls Fail

Hi everyone,

Recently upgraded a client from an NEC PBX to a CUCM 8.6 setup with 2911 gateways and full ISDN PRI circuits.

I had two reports so far, users who have Vonage at home, are unable to place calls, they get a fast busy.

Doing a debug on Q931, I receive a user busy from the far end:

Aug 26 2013 18:02:01.919 EST: ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q931: RX <- CALL_PROC pd = 8  callref = 0x8020

Channel ID i = 0xA98397

Exclusive, Channel 23

Aug 26 2013 18:02:03.391 EST: ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q931: RX <- DISCONNECT pd = 8  callref = 0x8020

Cause i = 0x8A91 - User busy

I tried different masks to see if it was my CID that was causing this, but the calls still get rejected. I spoke to our carrier, they said the call is rejected by the far end and not their switch.

Anyone see this?
