Dear all,

I have MCS7825l4 (publisher and subscriber )server CUCM.8.5.1 is running my issue is some time MCS7825l4 getting hanging

after restarting it will work.

bedear all kindly find the attached cucm system status doc

Hi,

your attachments shows thats memory is almost utilized . please RTMT to check which process utilizing maximum memory. so that we can look into that particular service to troubleshoot.

Hi Muhammed,

When you say it hangs, what exactly do you mean? Please provide the exact symptoms.

High memory utlization is okay in Linux versions as it is by design unless you are getting low virtual memory alerts.

We need to check for any core dumps, hardware specs like RAM and disk allocation and other details.

Please share the output of the following from the affected server

utils core active list

utils diagnose test

show status

show hardware
