CUCM IPv6 Call NOT getting established

I'm trying to establish a IPv6 call from CUCM over a SIP trunk with Broadworks user.

The outgoing call setup is as below

7960 IPv4 phone  ->  CUCM v 911 -> IPv6 SIP trunk -> Broadworks -> IPv6 Phone

As soon as the Far end i.e. broadworks user answers the call then CUCM releases the call by sending BYE.

Similarly on the reverse direction when call is made from the Broadworks user to CUCM user, we see CUCM sending 503 when the user answers the call.

My CUCM is running 9.1.1 version.
