Hi Guys,
One of our customers have a query about the CUCM licensing. I had done the CUCM server upgrade from 6 to 7. At that point of time we did not had the software feature license. So I had used the temporary license. Yesterday we got the permanent license and we have successfully uploaded the software license. Now the question is, the customer wants to see/check the license on which the CUCM server is running now? So how to convince him that the CUCM server is running on permanent license? Kindly help.
Thanks in advance.

Log into CUCM, if there is no red warning that the system is running on temp licenses it's because the permanent licenses are there. Or show them the license unit report.
Under license file upload they can look directly at the licenses that are installed.
