Hi Vicky,

Export capabilities vary between CUCM versions - which one do you have?

Re: CUCM local user details e.g. personal directory, speed dials

Hi Vicky,

We can export Phones along with associated users and speed dials but I doubt about fast and personal directory information.

Pls look at below for BAT export for 8.0(1).

BTB, I have checked new BAT export features under 8.0(1) but not given about these dials. There might be other tools in CUCM to help with fast and personal directory information.

Re: CUCM local user details e.g. personal directory, speed dials

Hi Ashok,

I guess, exporting details of personal directory and fast dials for end users is not possible as you said. I checked BAT.xlt of 8.0(1) and it does not have those fields.

Regards

Vicky
