CUCM MGRL

Hi All,

I've setup MTP IOS in CUCM for MGCP T.38 faxing which is required for inbound faxing for Exchange 2007.

then create two MRG, one has IOS MTP and the other one has CUCM MTP. then create MRGL that has MRG (with MTP IOS) and MRG (CUCM MRG) respectively.

when I dial voicemail pilot number, fax is working but DTMF tone is not recognized. when I switch the order of MRGs in MRGL, then fax is not working but DTMF tone is recognized.

How can I setup MRGL and MRG that make both DTMF and MGCP T.38 faxing work at the same time?

any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Whats the config in IOS Router for MTP ?

can you show us show sccp also

mgcp command.

Hi,

Please find the "show run" in the attachment.

IOS version: 12.4(24)T

CUCM: 7.0.2.10000-18

is DTMF problem related to the gateway or MGRL configured in CUCM? the second MRG group which has MTP1 and MTP2 (for sub and pub respectively) is supposed to take care of DTMF tone, but it seems it doesn't.

any help would be very appreciated.
