CUCM - Phone report

Hello,

I trying to find a way to generate a report that includes MAC address/Device name and IP address of the device.  The reports generated through BAT do not include IP address.

So far the only way I have been able to get IP address is from the device phone page.  I am able to copy the whole page and paste it to an excel sheet.

If anyone is aware of another way, please let me know.,

Thanks,

AK

Hi,

You can generate ip address along with the mac address.

Login into your call manager, with SSH and enable logging.

Type the below command

Show risdb query phone.

you will get all phone information.

Go to the logging page, remove lines which contains login information and save it as csv file.

you able to get the informationin csv file

I'll go one step further.  Ideally, I'd like to see the extendion number  and Description as well.  So a line might resemble:

IP Address          MAC Address               Extension          User/Description

172.20.14.145     SEP0001F9EC2301     x1701               Jose Sheisskoff

you need to do this on both your subscriber servers and merge the output, otherwise if only done on 1 server you'll only get a list of half your devices
