CUCM phone rings, but called party cannot pick up

We have some branches that have Tandburg vidio phones and they call a remote branch when the remote party picks up the receiver.

We have one phone that when the Tanburg calls the branch office, the cisco phone in the remote office rings, but then just drops the call after a few seconds. If the called party picks up prior to the call dropping, they hear nothing.

When that Tandburg calls the main office, everything works fine.

My first thought is a routing issue?, but I can get to all sites from the Tandburg.

Is there anything (timer) that would cause the call to drop?

Sounds like this problem could be related to media setup between your endpoints.  I would recommend opening a TAC SR and having an engineer work with you on troubleshooting this problem.  Will likely require running some tests and collecting CCM traces.
