cucm servicability account

Hi All, Got a cucm cluster with connection and uccx - all works fine but we had an AD issue and now the Unified servicabilty account is locked out. I can log into every other account on every other server but just not this account. Is there a way to reset this password - the normal Administrator account is fine - they share the same password

I am not sure what CUCM version are you running but the Serviceability account username and password is the same as the Administration one. If you can login into the Cisco Unified CM Administration, I don't see a reason why it doesn't work.
