CUCM SIP CALL RECORDING

We have configured SIP trunk based call recording (built in bridge) on our CUCM 8.6

Currently all calls made from and received by extensions which are configured for recording get recorded properly.

However, we do not wish to record internal calls .How can this be done

we are using witness recorder

Hi,

I don't know this call recording server.

but I think you can create rule on the recording server to filter the recorded calls.
