risdb shows registered phones

risdb shows registered phones on a per node basis.

You can refer to this to extract data from one node for all nodes for registered and un-registered phones,

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/117726-technote-cucm-00.html

I believe IP Address of the phone is seen only in risdb.
