CUCM subsriber backup error and also phones are not getting registered to subscriber.

Hi We have two CUCM nodes in cluster version 8.6.1.20000.1

since today we are getting error while doing the cucm backup using freeftpd software error given in attachment.

also we have obsereved that phones are not registring to subscriber even though it is primary server in CUCMgroup.

Is the server available?

Can you ping it? Can you browse it?  What is the database status showing?

yes we are able to ping, also replication status showing 2 for both the servers.

Please try and restart the Subscriber, This will resolve your issue.
