Hi,
i have a question about vocal system messages in CUCM 7.1.3. I know that, under "Route Patterns" i can select "block this pattern" and choose the voice message that gives the reason of blocking...but my need is another: can i select system messages without selecting blocking features of pattern ? I explain better: suppose i have 2 CSS containing 2 partitions :
- local_CSS: which includes 1 partition to local numbers (local_PT)
- national_CSS: which includes 2 partitions: the local_PT and the other that contains the national numbers (national_PT)
So if i have a line that has the local_CSS, this line can't dial numbers included in national_PT...so this is my question: how can i select the voice system message that plays after that line attempts to call a number in national_PT saying that this destination is denied ? I tried to do this and there is a message but i'd like to know if i can select it.
