I'm getting the following error when trying Perform Full Sync Now;under LDAP Directories;
Failed to connect to ldap://10.1.3.17:3268, check the server IP address or the network connection
We tried to reset the password, restarted Cisco Directory sync service.
I also followed the steps outlined in a youtube video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gTpkkSmdIM
If anyone has encountered this issue or could suggest any troubleshooting steps please advise.

Are you sure you're using the right credentials/user? and you're writing this in the proper format??
Use the LDAP Port number as 389 instead of 3268 and Try.
