CUCM/Unity 9.1.2 LDAP integration

Hello,

I'm getting the following error when trying Perform Full Sync Now;under LDAP Directories;

Failed to connect to ldap://10.1.3.17:3268, check the server IP address or the network connection

We tried to reset the password, restarted Cisco Directory sync service.

I also followed the steps outlined in a youtube video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gTpkkSmdIM

If anyone has encountered this issue or could suggest any troubleshooting steps please advise.

Thanks,

AK

Can you successfully ping the IP from the server 'utils network ping' from CLI

Have you tested with port 389?

Any firewall/access control between the server and LDAP server?

Does the server have firewall turned on as well that could be blocking it?

if this helps, please rate

We were able to resolve the error message issue.  This time when we perform full sync it completes fine.  However we don't see any new users, both in CUCM and Unity Connection that were created in AD.  If we make changes to existing users, then preform full sync, we can see the changes reflected in CUCM/Unity.

Any thoughts?
