CUCM - Unkown partyforwarding to our DID

Hello,

We have an unknown party forwarding to our DID.  We know the number but don't know how to stop.  We engaged our Telco and they said they cannot do anything.

Scinario

321-123-4567, which is not our number, is forwarding to 441-887-0987, which is our DID.  321-123-4567 is related to craigslist posting, so we are getting alot of unecessary calls.

If anyone has any ideas or have encountered this issue before please share.

On the PSTN gateway (assuming you are running H323 or SIP), then you can use an IOS rule to blacklist calls originating from this number.  The other option is to use the Route Next Hop by Calling Party Number feature within CUCM (I believe this was introduced in 8.x) to achieve the same effect.  If you search for the feature, you'll find some blog posts and/or tech articles that describe how to use it effectively.
