CUCM upgradation

Hi Friends,

I have CUCM 6.1.2.1000-13 with HP server  Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU            3050  @ 2.13GHz  CPU Speed  :2133 Memory            : 2048 MBytes.

I want to upgarde this server version to 8.6. Can u suggest me how to do the upgradtion.

It would have been better to see complete server model in the query description, so that we could quickly confirm if your existing server model supports targetted CUCM 8.6. Anyways, please search for your server model here at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6790/ps5748/ps378/prod_brochure0900aecd8062a4f9.html to see if it is supported to install CUCM 8.6. If not, then you will have to go with supported box.

About upgrading your CUCM 6.1.2 to 8.6, you need to be first on 6.1.4 at the minimum & then it's direct one step upgrade to 8.6. You may refer Table 6 here at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/compat/ccmcompmatr.html#wp373165
