CUCM upgrade

I need help understanding the upgrade procedure i need to follow from CCM 4.x to CUCM 7.x

Currently i have 2 distinct clusters one running CCM 4.x and the other running CUCM 7.x

I want to decommission the older verison of the CCM and move all the phones to CUCM 7.x

What would be the exact procedure to do the same and what all things i need to take care in terms of licensing etc ...

As far as licensing DMA will generate necessary DLUs and node licenses, with your upgrade kit you should be able to generate the feature license for the new version so you can start ccm service.
