Hello All, I am a Project Manager supporting an IPT Deployment and have an end user with the following issue when logging into CUCM User Web page to manage phone settings for herself and her manager. Up until Monday, user was able to log into CUCM User Web page for both herself and her manager using her IE browser. She was able to log in with 2 sets of credentials and manage phone settings for both accounts. Effective Monday the user was not able to log into her managers account using IE and would get the message "Loading, Please wait" Desktop support has cleared IE Cache and Temp files to no avail. They have now loaded Firefox on her machine as a workaround and the user is now able to log into her managers account using Firefox and into her own account using IE. (2 different browsers required to manage 2 different accounts.) User would like to be able to use IE browser to log into both accounts.
Has anyone had this same situation? Would it be helpful to de-install and reinstall IE?
