CUCM Users error access

Hello

I have an issue when the user try to access to personal directory from ip phone, because the userid have a character @, for example user@domain.com and the CUCM return the following error:

Error procesing request

PD Error message

Can you help me?

Hi Carlos,

Are you sure that the issue is happening with only the user id's having '@' character. Does the login work if using an id without '@'?

There is a very prominent bug in CUCM 9.1.1 where PD login does not work if the phones are registered with a subscriber.

Workaround:

- Add entries to PAB via CCMUser page

- We can also register the phones to Publisher  ( not recommended  procedure for a cluster, but if there are few phones with little call  processing, we can resort to this. )

NOTE:  Due to changes in architecture, this defect is not applicable to  UCM 10.x and higher.

Permanent fix is to upgrade to 9.1.2 or the latest ES of 9.1.1.
