cucm version 6.1.2.1139-3 is freezing

hello

my nam is shoham shalom from bezeq international,israel

i have a problem with cucm version  6.1.2.1139-3, that from time to time freezing(pub and sub)

and the only way to release this freezing is to reset manualy the servers.

as a resolte of freezing ,no acces at all,agent could not registered to the cucm

need a quick help

To start with, please get the output of the following commands from both the servers.

show status

utils core list

show hardware

How often is the issue happening.

I would suggest you to open a TAC case, as we would need tomcat, perfmon, amc,ccm and few other logs, and need to go through them to understant the cause.

Also you might consider and plan to upgrade the ccm version.
