CUCM version upgrade from 8.5.1.11900-21 to 8.6.2.23900-10

Hi All,

I am planning for CUCM version from 8.5.1.11900-21 to 8.6.2.23900-10 . We have only 2 servers. Need to know whether any challenges are there prior to this upgrade like cop file "ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.2.cop.sgn" need to be applied, phone firmwares to be checkedand so on.

Regards

Sankar.

As a best practice you should always review the RNs when upgrading, anything out of the ordinary will be there

CUCM version upgrade from 8.5.1.11900-21 to 8.6.2.23900-10

Hi Chris,

I was able to upgrade successfully. Only thing is i have applied "ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.1.cop.sgn" file prior to the upgrade.

Thanks a ton.
