Hi All,
Current Call flow.
EP --> CUCM ---> Avaya SM ---> VCS -- > EP. Calls are always maturing as Audio Call. While checking the CUCM logs CUCM remove the Video capability in their SDP message.
When we are sending the call via direct trunk between CUCM & VCS video calls are woking fine.

Hello Sriram,
it seems the RSVP policy is disallowing the video call.

Few things you can check.
If you have enabled early offer on both the trunks( to Avaya SM and to VCS) , compare the SIP messages. See the initial INVITE sent by CUCM does they carry video in SDP media ?
If yes then check the return SDP reply from Avaya SM and VCS , do they remove video from media in response ?
That may help which side is not allowing media.
Thanks
Manish

Hi Manish,
I have enabled the EO for the SIP trunk. SDP message from the CUCM to SIP trunk itself not having the Video capability.
Has anything we have to check in the Trunk or Region configuration ?

Hi ,
Can you please share your detail trace from CUCM?
Is Avaya SM and VCS under your control? If yes then do send trace from respective.
Also mention calling number and called number?
Regards,
Nishant Savalia

Hello Sriram,
what is the calling number, called number & time of call?
how do you enable EO on the SIP trunk? by checking MTP? or on SIP profile?
Have you checked "Early Offer support for voice and video calls (insert MTP if needed)" in the SIP profile applied to that SIP Trunk?

Hi Suresh !
Thanks for your analysis. In Trunk Location is configured where no bandwidth allocated for the video .
Now the calls are working fine.
