CUCM webdialer preference list

We have webdialer configured in a web application. The user is authenticated automatically and doesn't see the login screen. They also don't see the call dialog box and therefore don't have the link to the wedialer preference list. Does anyone know if there is a way to go directly to the webdialer preference page with a URL, or is it possible to program that link into our web application?

I need Extension Mobility users to be able to click the Use Extension Mobility button on the preference page.
