Hello,

is it normally that the CUCM has such high memory workload?

Is it imaginable because of high memory load that as example the

"Cisco AXL Web Service" is not reachable or other services like Web Administration.

Hi

It's normal for CCMs to use a lot of memory, and not have much disk space.

It's also quite a fine line between 'normal' and 'broken' sometimes... there have been a lot of memory-leak type bugs which generally exhibit themselves first as problems with Tomcat (so any user/admin web pages, AXL, etc).

Generally the answer is an upgrade IF you are experiencing such issues. If it just looks like it's using a lot of memory but is otherwise working; don't worry about it.

Regards

Aaron
