CUCM6 Line Group Distribution Algorithm

Hi,

I have CUCM 6 and I'm configuring line group with Distribution Algorithm Longest Idle, i want know longest idle based on number of calls received by ip phone user or total time spent by ip phone user on the calls.

i'm not sure i understand you. you want a report or what do you want?

that algorithm will route the call to the member that has been the longest on-hook and / or without calls.

please elaborate
