CUCM6 Mobility Softkey - AD Integration

I'm troubleshooting an issue with the Mobility softkey in CUCM6. CUCM6 is integrated to AD and I know that I need to set the Owner User ID to get this to work, but this is not possible with an AD integration as far as I've been able to tell.

Does anyone have a fix or recommendation for this? A service parameter perhaps?

Thank you,

Jon Nelson

Hi again Jon,

Even with AD Integration you should be able to use Owner User ID, check if EM is enabled. If that is correct disable it and test.

If you enable Extension Mobility, even after Owner User ID was configured, it

becomes grayed out and the Mobility softkey stops working.

It's even listed in the help screen that Owner User ID and EM are mutually exclusive.

Extension mobility does not support device owners.
