CUCM7 LDAP synchronization of Alerting Name etc.

Hi All,

We have a customer considering a CUCM7 cluster configured for LDAP synchronization with Microsoft AD 2003. In this scenario is it possible to synch the Alerting Name, Display and Line Text Label of a DN to the users name in Active Directory? Had a bit of a look around and it doesn't seem to be possible but I don't have any experience with CUCM7 or AD synch, wondering if anyone has come up with a solution?

Sorry this can not be done natively in CM. You would need to configure some kind of a tool that would update the device tables with this information.
