Hello,
Im currently implementing recording via sip trunk (built in bridge, forking calls) of cucm extensions to nice recorder.
Phones don't have any extension and user login using extension mobility that places two extensions on phone (one for UCCX agent and one for personal use).
The problem is that TapiMonitor.exe on Nice recorder only can see the personal extension and can't see the uccx agent extension. What may be the problem? This is revealing in all users.

I do not know too much about UCCX but is the UCCX user registered against the Nice CTI user ? The status of a user is based upon it being registered to the Nice CTI user within CUCM - End user or Application depending on your set up. The TAPI client in the Nice server is registered against this user and uses the CTI Manager IP address so if the UCCX user is not assigned the same CTI Manger the Nice app. will not see it. Also If you have the CTI user configured as an End User then the Privacy setting turned off per line- If you use Application User then the Privacy is not applicable

Hello,
Problem is that Cisco TSP driver is not a wonder. Nice has buggy relationships with CUCM 7, and we have to be patient...well and often restart services..
