My customer in Guinea has just installed a Cisco Unified Communications Business Edition 7.0.2 . The fact is that when we shutdown the server, when we started it up again it looses the CUCM license file. We have to upload it again.
How is it possible to get the Server retain the license file .
Are you able to upload it correctly??? or do you get some kind of error it already exists??
