CUCME 8.5 ephone dual-line & Hunt Group

Hello Forum,

Been a whilst since I've been on here but could do with a pointer or two....

Snag experienced on site is that the first call going into the main number (200) is ringing on the reception phone which is fine, the issue arises when the second call comes in, instead of ring on the next phone in the hunt-group it rings on the second virtual line on the reception phone and then hunts.

If I remove this second line (dual-line command) from the reception phone she won’t then be able to do call transferring so kind of stuck...How do I get the call to hunt when the first line is busy?
