CUE 2.3 auto-attendent

hi, please i have a problem with the auto-attendent, i have changed the welcome vocal messages an all the other (AABuisnessopen....), the problem that in the end, the old message comes after. i want delete it.

also with my new message( that i have already regitred), when i press 1 for other service(to dial a number for exemple), i have another old message, and i want to change this message also. Thanks a lot. i hope that i have explained well the problem.

In the canned script, those prompts are played before the (system) menu prompt, which isn't customizeable. They are intended to just provide a welcome announcement, but not a full menu. You'd have to do this via a custom script. For help with that, you can send an email to with your CUE version.
